We currently accept:

• Medicaid

We will inform you, your family, caregiver or guardian of all charges and methods of payment before or upon admission.               

Our agency will bill Medicare and Medicaid for our services on your behalf. 

We will accept Medicare assigned payment as payment in full for the services we provide as long as you meet the qualifying requirements (see below), and the services are covered by the Medicare program. If services are ordered which are not covered by the Medicare or Medicaid programs, you will be notified by the agency before these services are provided, so that you can make other financial arrangements for the necessary care. 

• Patient must be homebound
• Care must be medically necessary
• Care must be part time or intermittent
• Patient requires at least one skilled professional service
• Must have signed physicians order for requested services

Medicare covers your Home Health services for as long as you are eligible and your doctor says you need the services.

• If leaving the home would require “considerable and taxing effort” AND one of the following criteria
• If the patients can leave the home only for infrequent short absences
• A person may be temporarily homebound while recovering from surgery, serious illness, or trauma
